The flat has comfort cooling (air con), and amitico flooring for cleanliness.
The windows do open but it is recommended that unless you do a lot of cooking, you use the air con which is clean filtered air. (Please don't force the windows open as they are security locked and baby safe (so don't open fully, for obvious reasons.)

Newly built apartment in the famous Altitude sky scraper with wooden floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning/ comfort cooling, double glazed windows, modern new designed furniture, new fully fitted kitchen with wine cooler, large fridge freezer, oven, dish washer, washing machine. Pots and pans, cups and cutlery are all in the kitchen. It is as if someone could live there permanently.
It also includes a microwave, washing machine, dish washer, cleaning utensils, Ironing board and iron....

The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people with the sofa bed.

The neighbourhood is in the exciting buzz of the city, close to trendy Shorditch, Walki talki, Natwest, RBS. Brick Lane Market, Tower of London new restaurants, and with great cafes and restaurants. Try visiting the boundary or going to SOHO House Shoreditch or the flower market on Sunday.

Access to Aldgate, Aldegate East, Liverpool St, Tower Hill, Tower Gate way and Fenchurch St all within easy access.

Very centrally located for City workers, business travellers and tourists.
It's a privilege location.

Keys with concierge for the apartment will be released on arrival.
Go to the lifts and on the 22nd floor, flat 2208 will be prepared for your arrival.
Don't forget to lock the door by raising the handle and turning the key when you leave.

To lock/unlock door - lift handle and turn key

There are manuals for the double ovens placed on the counter (next to the tea)

If you have to open a window

1. Twist the handle clockwise a quarter to open the top half. (The top will lean open
2. Twist the handle clockwise half top open the window fully. (The window will open until the security lock)

To close push the window fully closed and then turn the handle anti clock wise fully to the DOWN position. If you turn the handle whilst in a semi - closed position you will lock the window OPEN. (If the window is locked open you need to open the window and push a lever on the side of the window frame inside- this will unlock the handles position. (its easier than it sounds)

Late check out after 10am incurs a £70 cleaning charge.

I enjoy the fast pace of life and the innovation of Londoners. I have many passions including my motorbike, collecting fine art, fitness, skiing and buying property. I have a keen interest in Greece and its stunning land especially the Peloponnese which is so untouched. I could not live without my daily leaf tea! Its so comforting. One of the most important things I need when I travel is a comfortable mattress. I can guarantee, you will have a very comfortable bed with my flat. I interior designed my flat in person, sourcing the silk wall paper from China and positioning the mirrors to make the most of the views. I think its really important to feel comfortable and a little special in your own space. There is nothing worse than a "bland" uninspiring space. I believe in honesty, good karma, positive thinking, hard work and old fashioned manners.
