"Beautiful home." You will have plenty of privacy in the downstairs level of the house where the Guest queen size bedroom, bathroom, living room & laundry room is. There's a huge TV and fireplace in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. Comcast/Xfinity high speed internet and cable television. Access to Netflix, Paramount +, Amazon etc. Plenty of storage & space to spread yourself out and make yourself comfortable! Stay here!
There is parking in the driveway for one personal vehicle. No street parking. If you require an additional parking space please inquire with me before making a reservation.

Homeowner may ask to enter the lower level to use the laundry room with prior permission and notification to the guests.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

My EagleVail home is conveniently located between the world famous ski resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek. We live on the EagleVail Golf Course with Stone Creek flowing in our back yard. Also five minutes from Walmart and Starbucks. The Highway 6 bus stop, which connects the valley from Eagle to Vail, is a 7 minute (0.4 mile) walk from my house. ($4)

When I'm at the home feel free to ask me (or one of my boys if they are there) any questions or ask for anything you might need. Interaction varies case by case. I try to be very hospitable and have had great conversations with my guests. This is one of the benefits of hosting guests from around the world. Guests have plenty of privacy in the lower level where the bedroom and private living room is. Typically there is interaction in the kitchen while guest prepare quick meals. Folding TV trays are provided in the private living room for eating.
I prefer to use the Airbnb message app/website (per AirBnb rules and regulations) for communication when I'm not in the home.
It's important to have all correspondence in the message history so that if there's ever a discrepancy or misunderstanding the conversation is documented.
Once the booking is completed you can find my email and phone number in the message thread for your trip, where you can also send the host a message, especially if there is an emergency. I receive notifications of AirBnb messages on my phone instantly and quickly respond via the AirBnb App.
