The house is really near to Pervolia beach just 4 minutes walk distance. Has all the furnitures and electric appliances for at least 2 people to stay in for long term.

You have access to all the areas of the house. There is a yard at the frond and at the back of the house. The neighbourhood is really friendly and calm.
All the people has the houses as a holiday houses, so most of the time there are not there !

The beach is just 200-300m away. Pervolia village is about 2 km Away where you can find anything you need. Also the light house on the other direction is a nice place to visit.

I am from Cyprus nonetheless I spent most of my life traveling, studying and working abroad.
The main idea of creating firstly the OXI Hostel and then the other 2 share houses is to host people from all over the world and help them to explore and enjoy this island by creating a nice and social environment. The houses are ideal for people coming to Nicosia for work,studies,internship,Erasmus, volunteers, working online and just travelers ! Something that from my point of view Nicosia doesn't have but is must.
I am a dairy farmer and one of the many things I am doing on my free time is to make Haloumi Cheese and share the experience and the cheese with my friends/family and guests.
