This fully recently refurbished enchanting 4 double bedroom property is full of character providing comforts of home with a touch of elegance, still retaining many original features such as full sized wooden shutters, high ceilings throughout with cornicing. The house has a formal dining room with love seat, cosy living room with an open fire and lots of natural sunlight from the 2 large bay windows. The bathroom has a freestanding clawfoot bath, the modern country kitchen has built in appliances and French doors to the deck and fully enclosed garden area. Hill House is set over two floors:
Ground Floor:  The front door opens to a hallway - to the left you enter the reception room which is bright and airy with 2 sofas, an arm chair, a chaise longue and a loveseat.   There is an open fire plus a TV and DVD player.
To the right of the hallway is an elegant dining room with large windows overlooking the front and side of the property.  Dining table seating 8.  Perfect room for entertaining.  There is an ornate fireplace.
Kitchen/dining room:  Fully fitted kitchen with an electric hob and cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and built in microwave.  There is a dining table seating 6.  There are French doors leading to the garden and decked area, ideal for dining Al Fresco, there is a bbq and outdoor table for 4.
Office/Playroom:  Ornate fireplace, window overlooking garden area.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1:  Kingsize bed and ensuite shower and WC, plus walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2:   Double bed
Bedroom 3:   Double bed
Bedroom 4:   Double bed
There is also space for baby cots in all bedrooms - 1 travel cot supplied (upon request)
The main bathroom has a freestanding clawfoot bath and separate shower plus WC and washbasin.
There is also a downstairs WC.
Utility Room:
Iron and ironing board, laundry airer, mop and bucket, brooms and dustpan and brush plus all the usual cleaning products.
Outside
Barbecue and outdoor furniture (table and 4 chairs).
On arrival you will find a welcome basket with tea, coffee, biscuits and milk, plus Cath Kidston soaps in the bathrooms.
Free wifi internet throughout the entire house.
This holiday home is very family friendly benefiting from within walking distance to Clifdens playground.

Utilities (Electricity & Oil) are charged separate, meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure, if payment is not received on departure for utilities this will be deducted from the credit card details provided.

Linen & Towels are inclusive in the rental rate.

Please note that a €100 security deposit is pre-authorised by credit card 2 to 3 days prior to your arrival, card details are released 3 days after your departure as long as there are no breakages or damage to the property.  Please note damage deposits may take up to 10 working days to be released back to the guest depending on the guests bank.

Check-in time is strictly from 5pm onwards (If you require a later check-in time please let us know)

Check-out time is strictly at 10am on day of departure.

Please note that most restaurants & cafes in the area have free internet access.
