Welcome to Maddy's villa in picturesque Viken, 3 min. to the beach with restaurants and stores. Enjoy the golf course, take a walkabout along the beach, tennis, then relax by the pool. ICA is around the corner. The house has a modern, new renovated house with all type of equipment. Free Wi-fi, 50" TV, Netflix, great big kitchen (soda stream, smoothie mixer etc.) A big garden, wooden deck with 4 sets of garden furniture to catch the sun....Rent a fresh room in our house with all facilities.

Maddy's Villa & Garden" is in central Viken. Only 250 m from the most beautiful beach in the area (with small bath cottages in different colors), and nice swimming bridges. Bright sand/stone beach and a local seafood and family restaurant with a sea view all over Öresund and Denmark.
* Upstairs: Hall, big 50 m2 Lounge area with TV and open space, connected with the kitchen. 1 bathroom with a luxury bathtub.

"SEALOVERS'" room is a double room for 2 people. Separate beds.
"ARTIST" room is a big 25 m2 room with a 180 King size bed.
There is also 1 coach also ok to sleep on.

* Downstairs: Corridor, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna. 1 large bedroom with a queens size bed for 2.
1 room with double bed. (you can separate). 1 big cinema room that you also can stay in with a 7 seat couch also to sleep on for 2 people.
* Pick up service at the bus, train or in town for a small service fee. €5.

Viken is a very pittoresque, beautiful safe friendly 300 years old fishing village. Close to both Helsingborg and Höganäs where you find all thinkable facilities. Visit the old beautiful houses in the old village by the sea. Or play golf, sail, tennis or take a walkabout along the beautiful beach, just 300 m. from the house.
Höganäs/Viken is full of possibilities for daytrips like "Holy Smoke" BBQ, "Höganäs Saluhall" and Magasin 36 (clothes, fashion, trendy interior design, wine accessories, Höganäs Salt-glazed ceramics, shoes etc) On the old attic at the Saluhall you can enjoy Grand Hotels famous lunch buffé for small money... Art, music, theatre, Kullaleden - the famous walkabout along the coast. Lars Wilks "Nimis" the fantasy wooden towers, he built of drift wood.
