We are walking distance to Canyon Lodge...just a quick 5 min. walk to Canyon Lodge lifts and Canyon Gondola (that will take you to/from the Village)....You really can’t beat this location!

As a guest of our condo, you’ll enjoy the spacious layout accompanied with all new cozy mid-century furnishings, lighting and decor, and the latest in technology. {This is not your typical heavy-handed, out-dated, dark and dingy grandmas cabin.}

Our condo has direct access from the outside, no shared interior hallways to get to our unit. Upon entering, you will immediately experience the cozy yet open space of our two-story condo boasting contemporary light wood stairs and railing leading upward to the living room, dining, and kitchen. The second level feels very spacious with high vaulted wood beam ceilings, and plenty of comfortable seating. Snuggle up onto our living room sofa after a day of ski/snowboarding and warm up next to our new propane gas fire stove. It heats up the room nicely. In the living room, the sofa also converts to a comfortable queen size sleeper.

The large kitchen offers everything you will need. All new Kitchenaid appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with exterior water and ice, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. Kitchen is stocked with a full complement of utensils, cookware, silverware, glassware. We proudly offer a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, crock pot, blender, and an assortment of spices. We also have a new Kitchenaid propane gas grill on our private balcony for your use.

For your convenience, there is an open ski locker located inside our unit at the entry foyer for storing your skis and snowboards.

The lower level of our condo is where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located.

The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and en suite Bathroom equipped with a large vanity sink, a walk-in shower with glass sliding doors, closet and toilet.

The second Bedroom features a queen size bed. This bedroom is adjacent to the downstairs second Bathroom with a vanity sink, a tub/shower with sliding glass doors and toilet.

We provide free WiFi. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped new smart TVs with cable TV. Both smart TVs offer a variety of streaming apps for guests to log into with their own accounts.

As a guest of our condo, you will have access to an onsite recreation building equipped with ping pong table, fooseball, and plenty of comfortable lounge seating with fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Within the rec building is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, changing room/bathrooms, and hot sauna room. Directly outside of the rec building is an outdoor pool, and a covered outdoor jacuzzi.

These spaces are "shared."

To access the front door to our unit from the outside is a flight of stairs downward. Also within our unit are a flight of stairs. Therefore, if you cannot manage stairs, this is not the unit for you.

Our condo unit is situated on a sloped road. Our property management plows this road during snowfall/winter season, however 4-wheel drive with snow tires and/or chains is highly recommended. Parking is available on-site, next to our complex's Main Bldg/Rec Room for vehicles that cannot manage the sloped road during inclement weather conditions.

** BEFORE BOOKING - Please fully read and understand our STRICT Cancellation Policy as well as Airbnb’s Updated Extenuating Circumstances Policy (effective 1/20/21). We are in uncertain times during this Pandemic and it is the Guest’s responsibility to understand what is covered and not covered under these Policies, should a Guest need to cancel. By booking your reservation you are agreeing to our STRICT Cancellation Policy set in place. To avoid penalties for a cancellation you can always “alter your reservation” by re-booking later dates with us – this will be the best scenario if you want to avoid cancellation penalties. If a Guest chooses to cancel, we can work with you on a refund ONLY if your cancelled dates are able to be re-booked on our calendar. If you have any hesitation, we suggest securing travel insurance.

**The hot tubs and hot sauna room will remain closed, per Mono County Public Health Orders, due to COVID-19.

**By booking our condo, all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners, and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained during your stay due to any of the following: guest negligence, guest participation of activities, guest illness or death due to COVID-19.

The Village is a 15 minute downhill walk (0.78 mi), or a very short drive.

Just a few steps next door is the Austria Hof Restaurant and Bar, with Apres starting at 4:00pm.

Chair 7 is the closest lift, with a short 4 minute walk (0.2 mi) from our unit.

The Canyon Lodge is a 7 minute walk (0.35 mi) with access to rentals, lessons, and the Village Gondola. The Village Gondola runs 7:45am - 5:00pm daily. From Canyon Lodge, you can also get onto Chairs 17, 16, and 8. (Please note: Canyon Lodge typically operates mid-Dec through mid-April)
