Our Nordic Crystal is located on the 23rd floor of the Tagaytay Prime Residences (Cityland) and boasts a full 25 square meters with all the conveniences of home.

It features the following:

The price of the room is based on 2 guests however the room can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 . However we are operating on 50% capacity at the moment due to COVID. If over 2 guests, each will be charged an extra P 500.
We can provide bed linens and towels for up to 2 guests. Over 2 guests extra linens are available for a fee.

Can you cook ?

Not in this unit. Only at other bigger units with conditions.

The building does not have an exhaust system so we do not allow cooking in the rooms . We want our guests to always enjoy the nice, clean and fresh smell of our units.

There are numerous fast foods vendors nearby where you can really enjoy great food. We'd be glad to make some suggestions. After all, you’re on vacation! Why cook?

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring along.

Access to our Building: Check In / Out Time: Check-in time is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Should your arrival be delayed unavoidably, do let us know in advance.

We can arrange self-check in for you. Check out is strictly at 1 PM . We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest.

We will welcome you personally upon checking in to hand over the keys and to provide you with an orientation of the facility. Reminder: P 1,000 shall be charged for lost keys.

Swimming Pool Amenities
All our guests have free access
On a first-comes, first-served basis up the a maximum of 50 persons at a time.
A maximum of 4 guests per unit shall be allowed
Only those in proper swimming attire shall be allowed to use the pool
The pool area shall be closed on Monday and Thursday for periodic cleaning/maintenance.

PAY PARKING: Parking is available on a "first come first served” basis on the ground floor as well as on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Cityland building. Remember, parking is crowded during the weekends and holidays. Don’t wait until the last minute to par your car!

Parking fee:
P50 whole day Monday to Thursday
P50 per entry Friday to Sunday and holidays

Can we Reschedule the date??

Free Reschedule 5 Days before your check in Date. within 5 days , We will charge a fee P 1000 to reschedule for new date.
or , you can just transfer to your friends or family

Ex: If your check in date is Jan. 10, 2021, you can reschedule before Jan 5, If you request to change new date by Jan. 5, you need to pay P 1000 first, then we will accept the request.

Swimming Pool Usage Protocols

In compliance with health protocols in preventing covid virus, the following guidelines will be strictly implemented:
~ Open 7am, closed 10pm
~ maximum 30 persons at a certain time slot of 1.5 hours on a first come first served basis
~pool will be closed weekly for general cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays
~pool users must dry themselves thoroughly before going out into the hallway and elevator
~pool has no lifeguard, keep safe at all times

LOCATION Our brand new condo is located in the CITYLAND Tower which offers a full-service cafe, SE Asian restaurant, 7-11 convenience store, a bank, a travel agency and a hair salon. Just across the street is a new McDonald's. The Cityland complex is just steps away from the epicenter of Tagaytay: the Olivarez commercial center, Ayala Mall (Serin), and the soon-to-open FORA Mall. The Metro Hyper-market in the Fora Mall and more restaurants are also a few minutes walk. We will provide a list of these places for you in the condo.
