This place is self-service. It's a simple, clean, and comfortable apartment at a great value. Just 0.7 miles away from the East 55th Street RTA Station (train) which will take you directly into City-Center or the Airport for just $2.50. All three lines run through this station and so waiting times are minimized for City-Center.

PLEASE READ: Notice the price of this place compared to other 3-bedroom entire units in Cleveland (it's generally significantly less expensive). The reason is because this place is not exceptionally nice, but it's decent, and clean. The inside is freshly painted and virtually everything works, however the flooring is outdated as are the bathrooms and kitchen. New flooring is being installed in July 2019 (I will schedule it in a way in which it will not interfere with any bookings/reservations). The exterior needs a fresh coat of paint which will happen by July 2019. Basically most of the place is outdated but if you just care about the basics and want to stay somewhere on a budget, give this place a try!

This neighborhood is called the North Broadway/Slavic Village neighborhood. This mixed-income neighborhood is in the middle of a transformation/gentrification which started years ago and there is a lot of investment being poured into it (it's less than 3 miles from downtown). It started with the City of Cleveland investing in building a brand new RTA train station here (East 55th Street - it's 0.7 miles away from this listing) and they also demo'd the residential properties which needed it. The next phase is demo'ing a few commercial properties that are eye sores and this is supposed to happen this year (2019). There is 1 small commercial building at the end of the street that is an eye sore and is being demo'd later this year. My neighbors are friendly and there is good reason why so much investment is being put into this neighborhood. The next phase of government investment is called the Opportunity Corridor Project (it ends at the new East 55th Street RTA Station). This project has already started and this neighborhood is the terminus/final phase of the project which is to be completed in 2020.
