Lovers of mid-century design will feel right at home at this three-bedroom escape in the Sunmor neighborhood of Palm Springs, beautifully accented by clean lines, exposed-beam ceilings, and an artfully executed concrete block fireplace. Walls of glass seamlessly transition the stylish indoors to the sunny outdoors, where you can lounge in the plentiful desert sunshine, spread out on the lush green lawn, or take a refreshing dip in the private, clam-shaped swimming pool. In the afternoons and evenings, you can light the gas grill, sit down for an al fresco dinner, and watch the sun illuminate the desert sky with color.

This home is located in Sunmor, a sunny neighborhood of Palm Springs with fantastic access to both downtown (just over a mile west) and Palm Springs International Airport (one mile east). Walk or ride your bike to explore Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip downtown that's lined with fantastic restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and theaters, or hop in the car for a quick drive to one of the incredible golf courses nearby. If you're looking to explore the natural beauties of the desert, be sure to visit Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest), Indian Canyons (six miles south), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (eight miles west).

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $49/day.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
