Our cosy semi-detached corner-house is just 100 meters from the beach, with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6, plus 2 toddlers), and lounge with folding glass doors opening onto a terrace with sea-view. New stylish furniture. Only 1 km away is the historical village centre with lots of restaurants/taverns, others even closer. Perfect for swimming/windsurfing, also coastal walk/cycling piste. 15 km to Larnaca centre. On parle francais. Wir sprechen Deutsch. Everybody welcome to enjoy our lovely holiday home!

The house is in a wonderful location, quiet, but only a short walk from the village center, with many tavernas close by. Also Larnaca and the vibrant night-life of the McKenzie-area is just 15 km away. The sea with a large sandy beach is right in front of the house, only 100 m away. The sea and the coastal walk offer plenty of possibilities for activities, the location offers ideal conditions for swimming, wind-surfing, walking, jogging, cycling.
The house is fully equipped, newly furnished and has a lovely atmosphere, making you immediately feel good and at home. The living room can be fully opened to the terrace facing south and to the sea, and the upper floor bedroom has also a large terrace with sea-view, making this a perfect summer living experience. We have also two additional cots and childrens' stools so you can bring also small children. There is also a small garden at your disposition.

The neighbourhood is really lovely, being right at the sea. The beach in front of the house has a pebble part but also a large sandy beach and there is sandy ground in the water - great for having fun. There are wave breakers to make swimming safe and comfortable. This beach is usually almost empty but there is also another more touristy large sandy beach at 1 km. The area is known for good wind-surfing conditions, 10 km away is the island's kite-surfing paradise. Most of the summer there is a pleasant breeze so that even the summer months are not unbearably hot. The house is in a quiet area in-between the village centre and the sandy beach. There have been many high-class residential houses developed recently.

We can provide you with information on the island and excursions.
If you do not want to rent a car (and you do not really need it if you want to focus on a relaxing stay in the sun at the beach), we could pick you up from the airport (for a small fee of €15). If you are interested in renting a car, we can give you a contact for good prices. There are also buses from the house to the airport and to Larnaca Centre (but not very often: every other hour).
