Hello folks! I am Mitchel! When I travel I try to stay at a homestay for the experience. When I am not traveling, I am a host myself. I can tell you my background but it is more exciting hearing directly from myself. My expectations from a hotels and Airbnb's are totally different. I have expectations from an hotel are higher that Airbnb's. All the basic are the same for both however I find hotels are on a guest experience and Airbnbs are becoming more on an personal experience which I have adopted as my goal as host to do to all my guests. It makes feel your getting the level service with a 5 star hotel price tag but more in reach in a lot more folks budget. As host I have created something unique and different on what else is around. I am not a investor where I am doing this to make a quick buck with the sacrifice of the guest experience. I am proud to say I have host well over 1000 nights with all my listing. I keep track of all my guests experience. I damn well strive to give every guest 100% great experience but I have come to 95% 5 star experience. I do have help but most of the time I am one man operation with a part time job and building new exciting amenities for my guests. I am proud to get 95% out of that 4% my guest and I can come to a positive resolution. The 1% are areas outside of my control but still try to make it right. The space I have constructed I truly have built 98% myself and everyday I am always improving for my guests. I asked my guest please reach out to me, I am here for you. Even if it is something little. I want guest to give me feedback on areas they loved and areas need improvement. I not perfect but Ill do my best to make sure stay is 5 star if not better:)
