Set in the lower ground floor of a grand Georgian terrace in the city centre is a huge comfortable garden flat for two. You can hear the cheery bells of St. Mary's church ring out above and light floods in from tall sash windows. At street level, you can glimpse Bath Abbey, and be there or at many other historic sites in a short walk through some outstanding architecture. This property has been awarded 4 star gold by the Tourist Board.

There is a sunny courtyard at the entrance with a well organised kitchen under the vaults on one side and a living area on the other. The kitchen has lots of cooking equipment and a selection of books that will make your mouth water. There is an electric hob, an oven and microwave along with a fridge and separate freezer.
The living room and dining room is bright and spacious. There is a table to seat 4 and 2 comfy leather sofas. There is a TV and DVD with an extensive collection of movies and a selection of books.
The large Victorian style bedroom has an original decorative fireplace, large sash windows looking onto a peaceful little private courtyard and a romantic king sized brass bed. There is plenty of storage.
There is a separate utility room at the rear of the flat with a washing machine, sink and lots of cupboard space. From here you enter your private courtyard which is a quiet haven in a busy city. There are two outdoor chairs and a small table.
Up a broad flight of steps is a newly renovated bathroom in 2014 with bath (with shower over), hand basin and WC.
The property comes with a parking permit allowing you to park 1 car on the street out front or on neighbouring streets. Alternatively the Bath Spa train or bus stations are a 15 minute walk away.

It is a convenient place from which to explore Bath and you'll discover a myriad of shops, restaurants, museums and galleries, and some lovely city parks too. There are plenty of amenities nearby, the closest being a Tesco local up Bathwick Hill or a deli and late night newsagent and convenient store round the corner on Bathwick street. There is a Waitrose supermarket 5 minute walk away in the city centre. You can play tennis on the public courts around the corner in Sydney gardens or walk along the scenic canal towpath for lovely views of Bath.

The properties are all well stocked so hopefully you should want for nothing when you are here. Almost all properties are within a 5-10 minute walk to Bath’s central attractions and high street and many are located on Bath’s most prestigious streets. We personally inspect and choose each property to take on and, they are not only inspected regularly by ourselves, but are also inspected annually and independently by Visit England tourist board. Our extensive portfolio can accommodate parties of 1-18 and include period apartments, stylish and contemporary flats and homes, whole Georgian town houses and country estates with pools, hot tubs, saunas and games rooms.
