Lots of places to visit on a walking distance our a bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the heart of the city , Canterbury is a city that has lots of activity's for all ages , shopping centre , cinemas , theatre , fine dinning , restaurant , gardens & not forget to mention a lot of history especially the cathedral & river tours runs through the historic city centre along the hidden river Stour

Hi We offer a new built studio just outside the heart of the city in the studio is located in the back of our garden with a seprate entrance from our garden to the studio
Street parking is available ,
The studio has a double bed , breakfast table , wifi , tv showbox for movies , and extra a wardrobe
It includes a newly fitted kitchen with a hob extractor fan fridge/freezer washingmachine/tumble , kettle , the kitchen is fully equipt for u to cook a meal if needed standard breakfast items will be provided cereals tea coffee and biscuits
Bathroom has a newly fitted shower sink and a mirror with storage & toilet
towels will be provided including shampoo hair dryer and iron
On arrival we will be able to show u around and awnser any qeustion u may have , u will receive a key to enter & able to go in and out as required
We might provide u with a self check in on the day and a self check out but there will always be someone at home to answer any question u may have
If you require anything else for youre stay please feel free to get in touch so we can get it all arranged for u
If you’re booking on new years evening we will have arrange a bottle of proseco for u
