The perfect holiday house on the canal in Paynesville. Comfortably caters for 7 guests with large combined living & kitchen area, large main bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, full laundry, and garage. Air con & fireplace in the living area, Foxtel and internet too. The main bedroom has Foxtel and large TV, and flatscreen TVs in the other bedrooms. Outside covered entertainment area with BBQ, and large garden area. Pets are welcome. And there’s room on the jetty for your boat or jet ski.

A beautiful vista can be enjoyed from the inside and outside of this property. Watch the passing water traffic from the front balcony or from the comfort of the combined living areas. The enclosed side balcony has a large table & chairs and BBQ. The stunning newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine.

The main bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV with Foxtel. Walk through the robe to the spacious ensuite. A glass sliding door gives you access to the side balcony.

The second bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, a handy en-suite, and access to the garden via a glass sliding door. There is a flat screen TV if you want to watch it from the privacy of your room.

The third bedroom has a double and single bed - perfect for the kids! A glass sliding door gives you access to the side of the property. There is a flat screen TV if you want to watch it from the privacy of your room.

The newly renovated main bathroom is huge, and has a bath and shower.

The laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer. An outside clothesline can be used too.

The rear of the property is fully fenced (1.8 metres high) and dogs can be contained within this area - as long as the owners are confident they won't destroy the garden. The canal side of the property is fenced on both sides (under 1 metre high), but there is no fencing along the canal frontage. Dogs are allowed inside as long as they keep off the furniture. A dog door can be provided too, allowing the dogs to access inside and out.

Cats are welcome too, and we can cater for them (litter trays, cat door, etc) if required. By law, cats are not allowed outside at night, however the side balcony can be closed off so they can have access to it and can pretend they're outside.

The boat, second garage, study and hallway cupboards are not for guests’ use and will be locked during your stay. The chest freezer in the first garage is also off limits too.

We may need to get access to this garage and/or our boat in the jetty during your stay but will contact you beforehand.

There is plenty of room on the driveway to comfortably park two cars, as well as space on the nature strip or on the road (which is a relatively quiet cul-de-sac).

Our trailer is stored on-site on the property but is out of guests’ way.

Paynesville, Victoria, l-Awstralja

Enjoy the view from the front of the house which looks out over the canal. The rear of the house (accessed from the road) is private and fully fenced so your kids and pets are contained. It’s also on a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk to the Paynesville Motor Boat Club (great food) and the large reserve for exercising your dog/s. A longer walk (about 10 minutes) or short drive will get you to Paynesville shops, pub, cafes and restaurants, as well as to the ferry that will take you across to Raymond Island.

We are Febe (Kiwi) and Steve (Aussie). We spend our time between our rural property in Wyneden (just outside of Kyogle, NSW) and Paynesville (East Gippsland, VIC). We love to travel and there's nothing better than ending our journeys at either of these places. We have two Kelpies (Jet & Tank) who are now semi-retired working dogs (we're yet to tell them!), who travel everywhere with us. East Gippsland is a beautiful place, with so many things to do. We fell in love with the area on our first visit and consequently purchased the house in Paynesville in 2017. We've made the house as comfortable as possible, and love that we can share it with others. And it's pet friendly so that guests can bring along their pooches to participate in their holiday. There's nothing better!
