Newly built, bright, modern farmhouse style home with great views of the Organ Mountains. Just off of Highway 70 with easy access to White Sands National Park or I-25/I-10 if you're heading towards El Paso or Albuquerque after your stay. Private bedroom with queen size bed, desk, nightstand, dresser and private bathroom. Access to kitchen including fridge and microwave, and laundry facilities if needed.

NEW pool, hot tub, fire pit are available for guest use during your booking as well!

This is a newly built home with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door in the main living spaces. Absolutely breathtaking views of the Organ Mountains and great natural light! Modern farmhouse style touches including barn door in the entryway and lighting fixtures throughout the home. Private bedroom with queen size bed and comfortable thick memory foam pillow topper, blackout shades, desk, nightstand, dresser and private bathroom for your stay.

BRAND NEW pool, hot tub, fire pit are available for use during your booking as well! Beach towels and pool noodles included for relaxation time and to dry off. There is a five burner gas grill with grilling tools perfect for an afternoon or evening out back. Lounge chairs, side table for drinks, plus a comfy outdoor seating area with couch and adirondack chairs to lounge.

Fully stocked kitchen with many specialty appliances and tools including an Espresso Machine, Kitchenaid Mixer with Pasta Maker and Ice Cream Maker attachments, a Masticating Juicer, Instapot, Food Processor, plus all the basics like pots, pans, blender, and of course dishes and utensils.

Housekeeping services will only be provided between stays, and I will only enter the bedroom in an emergency situation or if maintenance needs to be done. This would be communicated ahead of time or upon your request if needed. Please keep linens and bath towels in the house.

Located in beautiful Sonoma Ranch neighborhood with breathtaking views of the Organ Mountains and just off of Highway 70 with easy access to White Sands National Park. This is a new community with active construction for new homes on my street. They are not working on immediate neighboring homes, though you may hear larger vehicles with materials as early as 7am some days. I am a light sleeper and it does not bother me, but mentioning in case it may be an issue for you. I also may have workers in the back yard during your stay doing landscaping or maintenance. They do not work on weekends typically.
