A new Queen sized bed with deluxe linens, situated under high ceilings and cooled by two Hunterceiling fans assures a good nights sleep. A fully complimented kitchen with ample mid-sized refrigerator allows you to stock up and cook to your hearts content. Two tropical hardwood tables offer either indoor or outdoor dining options and make for good work space with use of our high speed fiber optic wifi network. Your covered outdoor patio has board racks, a hammock and yoga mats provided. In the name of a relaxing vacation, we offer complementary maid and laundry service upon request. The Studio rate includes the 13% VAT tax.

Beach close and located town center, you do not need to walk far to arrive at anything Playa Guiones has to offer, including a variety of choice restaurants, small markets, cafes, fruit & vegetable stands, a great juice bar and a French bakery. Nearby are Surf shops that offer Surf lessons and board rentals, abundant Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes, beach horseback riding, shopping, a bank and on hot days - handmade ice cream!
25 yards from our property entrance is access to the Playa Guiones nature trail system, ideal for wildlife viewing, birding and photography. The property is fenced with locking gate, ample parking and the two neighboring Hotels have full time security, making this area the safest in Playa Guiones.

Life long Surfer/traveler from San Diego California living in Nosara for the last 22 years. I moved to Nosara to assist Yoga Teacher Training programs at the Nosara Yoga Institute and Surf the consistent Waves of Playa Guiones. In 2003 I trained 6 local woman who wanted a better life for themselves the Art of Massage and the business Tica Massage was born. I have two amazing "beach, nature and cell phone" children, Mey age 13 & Travis age 15 and we live together in an area that has become known as the "Heart of Guiones" complete with monkeys and song birds in the trees and the center of Playa Guiones beach less than a 5 minute walk away. We have two sweet Studio apartments on the back of the property attached to the house we live in and with "mucho gusto" welcome warmly Nature, Surf and Health Oriented Happy Travelers from around the World to share time and space at this very special Tropical Paradise:)))

We are happy to help out in any manner and guidebooks aside, upon request, will offer up our choice local recommendations for just about anything in this area. You will also have access to the local vendors who frequent our property offering handmade empanadas and fresh produce right off the truck. If contact with local and genuine Costa Rican's is a priority in your travels, our clean & prep staff and onsite Massage Therapists enjoy interacting with our guests, whether sharing local knowledge & history, learning/teaching a few new words, or where best to go dancing!
