The Nordic Diamond is located on the Pentehouse floor (23rd) of the Tagaytay Prime Residences (Cityland) along with the other units of Nordic Homes Tagaytay. We provide the following amenities for your enjoyment and convenience:

Can you cook?

Not in this unit. Only allow at other bigger units with conditions.

The building does not have an exhaust system so we do not allow cooking in the rooms . We want our guests to always enjoy the nice, clean and fresh smell of our units.

There are numerous fast foods vendors nearby where you can really enjoy great food. We'd be glad to make some suggestions. After all, you’re on vacation! Why cook?

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring along. Throw your garbage in the garbage chute ( near 2319 ). A garbage chute is provided for every floor

LOCATION The Nordic Diamond is located in the CITYLAND Tower on 23rd floor. Within the tower complex is the Nativo cafe, a SE Asian restaurant, a hair salon, travel agency and 7-11 convenience store. Right across the main highway is a new McDonald's. Cityland is at the epicenter of Tagaytay, the Olivarez commercial center, near the Ayala Mall (Serin)and the brand new Filinvest FORA Mall where more restaurants are located.
We will provide a list of these places for you in the condo.

The Nordic Diamond is located on the 23rd floor of the Tagaytay Prime Residence and measures 25.5 square meters in area. Four larger adjacent units, are also located on the 23rd floor, and can accommodate up to 24 more guests.. These are the Nordic Crystal, Nordic Vogue, Nordic Chic and Nordic Cool. All these units can be booked separately or as multi-units according to the customers needs. Book early to reserve multi rooms for weddings and other family celebrations!

Security Deposit : There is NO need to pay the security deposit of P5000 at check-in. The security deposit is a reserve if, in the unlikely event, damage is caused to the unit. In this case, we have the right to claim your security deposit from AirBnB..

CONDO FACILITIES You have access to the swimming pool located at the third floor. It is open from 6AM to 10PM . So be sure to bring your swim wear! It is closed on MONDAY and THURSDAY for general cleaning.

Use of Swimming Pool Amenities:
In compliance with health protocols in preventing covid virus, the following guidelines will be strictly implemented:
~ Open 7am, closed 10pm
~ maximum 30 persons at a certain time slot of 1.5 hours on a First come First served basis
~pool will be closed weekly for general cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays
~pool users must dry themselves thoroughly before going out into the hallway and elevator
Proper swimming attire is required. Use of head caps for women is strongly recommended.
~pool has no lifeguard, keep safe at all times

Pay parking is available on the ground and 3rd floors. Cityland parking rate: Weekday : P 50.00 24 Hrs ( multiple entry ) Weekday (Friday,Saturday,Sunday, and Holidays) P 50 (per entry )

From the viewing deck at the 24th floor of the building you can enjoy spectacular views of the Taal Volcano and the entire Tagaytay landscape.

HOW TO BOOK: Only payments made thru Airbnb are accepted. On the Airbnb website there is a facility to process your DEBIT (ATM card) and CREDIT Cards. (Note: if you use your DEBIT card, choose the CREDIT Card option and the card will be processed in the same way as a credit card. ) Unfortunately, we don't accept Cash or bank transfers FOR THOSE WITHOUT CREDIT CARDS, you may apply for your own prepaid credit card called YAZZ powered by VISA. These cards are available at Metrobank. SM & Robinsons department Stores or at National Bookstore Branches. Check major Department Stores and Supermarkets at their Bills payment, Concierge, Customer Service counters, Information Desks . YAZZ is also available at convenience store.

We are located at Tagaytay Prime Residences Condo (Cityland), near the Tagaytay Rotonda. Dowstairs are the 711, Unionbank, Mekong restaurant, Wasabi sushi, Caffe Nativo and a salon. Beside the condo building are the popular Dreamland and Red Bus. The Bag of Beans and the newly opened Mcdo with Taal view are just across the street. Also 5-min walk to the new Fora Mall by Filinvest, the Metro Hypermarket, Mercury Drugstore, another 7-11 and Mcdonalds and Mang Inasal. A further 10-min walk (but better to ride tricycle) takes you to Ayala Serin Mall. Other famous restaurants and parks (Sky Ranch, Picnic Grove, Peoples Park and Casino) are 10-min drive (could extend depending on traffic) and are accessible by public transportation.
