Studio BK is a self contained apartment with off-road parking and stunning sea views across St Ives Bay towards Godrevy lighthouse. Located 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, Carbis Bay Hotel and Spa; a 30 minutes walk along the coast path to St Ives. The apartment sleeps 2 comfortably and there is an outside decking area.

The living area (2.5 x6m) contains both the seating/sofa, and the double bed. Bedding and towels are provided. There is a folding table that seats 2 on which the TV stands. At the rear of the living space is a small kitchen area containing a fridge with freezer compartment, dual induction hob, combi microwave oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is a smoke alarm but no gas detector. There is no gas supply! The small entrance area contains wardrobe space and washer dryer, as well as the shower-room in which is a shower, wash basin, toilet and electric towel rail. Access is down 13 steps to its own front door. There is a small outside seating area that looks out to sea. Off road parking is situated directly above the apartment.
