Located in the Historical district in Penn Yan, built in 1870.
This is our family home we live here with pets, however there is no access to the apartment from house as all doors are locked in between.

Queen, WiFi, loveseat, separate bathroom- toilet, shower, sink.

Self check in using lockbox.
All doors are locked between apartment and house.
We have personal Pets on property cats, yellow lab that are kept out of site .
They are kept in our home and we do not allow them in the unit but if you are allergic to cats or dogs take this into consideration please.
Narrow Interior staircase is a historical feature of the home.
You must also climb stairs as unit is on the 2nd floor and not accessible for those with mobility concerns.
Brand new Roku TV, bring your Hulu, Netflix, or You Tube TV log on.
Historic charmer. Many historical homes on our street- Queen Anne, Victorians, lead glass windows can be seen from the street. Close to historical society- Oliver House.
Public library .4 mile walk.
About 5 minute drive to 2 public access Keuka Lake parks and public boat dock as well as Keuka Lake Outlet Trail- great Hiking and biking trail with a waterfall.
House is set back from the road, no street noise. Quiet neighbors.
Experience a piece of history, house was built in 1890 by Dr. William Stark, a doctor, who owned many acres of land and sold off lots now known as Stark Ave which connects to the left side of our property.
House was once a nurses administration building during war time.
Leaded glass windows in owners unit.
Sorry, but this is not handicapped accessible- up flight of stairs.
We supply towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, paper products.
New Microwave, toaster, can opener, coffee maker, oven, full size refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, Hairdryer, can opener, etc.

Our house is set back from road about 50 feet.
Lovely outdoor deck.
Quiet residential property.
Flowering butterfly garden lots of monarchs in season to Enjoy.
Mature trees, paved sidewalks, large yards, carriage houses, lots of charm.
Downtown is 2 to 3 blocks
