-Next to the Crescent Beach District of Panama City Beach
-Majority residential area so it's mostly beach houses & small condos (usually peaceful and the beach isn't very crowded compared to other areas of PCB).
-There is some construction up the way building a new home, but they don’t work at night.

I am a fun, former Indiana girl, Air Force veteran, foodie, travel and nature lover who welcomes all human beings and their unique contribution to the World. Even though I manage the properties remotely from OKC, I have people in the local area take care of them for me when I am not in town .

Environmental conscience and business are not mutually exclusive.
My business makes the following environmentally conscious decisions:
-Dispenser-based soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (based on last year’s bookings saved 452 plastic bottles from the land fill)
-Charity Repurpose of Linens: Linens that are too old for usage in the condos are cleaned and donated to WildCare Foundation where they are repurposed to assist with the rehabilitation of over 5,700 orphaned and injured animals per year.

Potential delayed response:
-I am a 1 deep business w/ me and 1 cleaning lady.
-I work a full-time job where I may have delays if I am in meetings.
-After 8pm I may not respond until the next day as I may be asleep. I do not recommend arriving after 8pm in case you have troubles finding the place.
