The entire apartment is available to you during your stay. There is a part time hair salon in the living room that will be closed throughout your stay. The apartment is a little older and dated and may not be a fit for everyone, however it is spotless and comfortable. This apartment is a great fit for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and safe place to lay your head down at night, it is also within walking distance of our downtown bars, restaurants, post office, banks, atm’s and local shops. We welcome everyone! If any needs arise we are always available and able to accommodate most needs as soon as possible. We provide basic amenities, along with any items you may have forgotten..... ie (toothbrushes, hair products, shavers+ more). Washer and dryer available. Outdoor shaded table and chairs available, also be on the lookout for deer at night, lovely apple trees behind apartment that you are welcome to pick. We are located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. 24 hour video surveillance outside of the property. Also if your lucky to meet a friendly red tabby cat, his name is Dallas he is a sweetheart and may want a belly rub.

We are close to everything downtown, The Cumbres and Toltec Train, the historic Foster’s Bar and Restaurant since 1881, Local restaurant, and many downtown shops for train memorabilia or gifts for the whole family. Library and post office minutes away. Enjoy the fall colors or just a weekend of fun in beautiful Chama.
