Beach house, under 5 mins walk very safe beach. Dogs allowed . 1.2 km / 15 mins walk to Archorage Restaurant. Compact older style brick house, very large new deck, uninterrupted bay views. Barbecue on deck. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, queen, double and single , living room, large screen payTV, air con in lounge, dining, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Downstairs, laundry, bathroom, rumpus room, bedding to sleep another 2. Linen and Towels supplied

As you drive up the street you will be stunned by the view of the bay which is even better when you are sitting on the new deck with glass in hand.
The house is an easy 15 min walk to the Archorage Hotel or to Salmander Shopping Centre. Buses from Newcastle.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. First with a queen bed, second with a double bed and third with single bed, all three rooms have wardrobes. The three bedrooms all have fans. The Bathroom has a bath and shower. Separate toilet. Down three stairs you enter the living and dining area with three large sliders giving you access to the new deck ( and view) which extends the length of the house. There is a large TV in the lounge, with paytv and a Bose sound bar and aircon. Easy relaxed living. Its all about the view and location.
The sperate kitchen is fully equipped with large stainless steel dishwasher and oven and coffee machine. The Pantry is stocked with basics for when we are up at the house, yours to use on a replacement basis.
Downstairs there is a rumpus room, perfect for extra guests or for teenagers able to sleep an additional 2 on bunk beds, and day beds. Downstairs also contains a bathroom with shower and toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is an additional small room downstairs which is locked for personal storage. Sheets and Bath Towels provided for up to 6.
Dogs allowed in the yard, please pick up after them.
Please put rubbish in the red bin at the end of your stay and put the bin onto the curb side.

When I am not working I like to spend time with my husband, children and two dogs.
In 2018 we bought a holiday house at Nelsons Bay I call it my happy place. When I drive along the high rise of our one way street looking across the bay I forget I have a high stress job and live in Sydney. I go up for weekends and paint walls, I think I will be painting it forever - there was a lot of brown 1970s timber work and brick to eventually turn to white. One day we hope to semi retire there. In the meantime we are pleased to be able to share it with family, friends and others who want to escape. I used to like to travel overseas for holidays now I am happy to sit on my new deck, bubbles in hand enjoying the view.
