You will never tire of the ever-changing view throughout the year with spectacular winter sunsets.

Sit on the terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted views of St Michael’s Mount with the infinite changes the seasons offer, there is never a dull moment in any kind of weather.
Witness magnificent sunsets, the floodlit castle and sea-life in the bay. The glass balustrade and purpose built eaves not only provide shelter but also give the terrace the sense of being on a ship – stand on the edge and pretend to be Leonardo and Kate…
In the dining area you can savour your home-cooked meals, dine in company looking out to sea or use the pine table to write, draw and work on. The spacious, sociable, open-plan room offers the perfect area for inspiration. Well equipped and comfortable, you can rest assured there is all you need to make you feel at home.
Pick up local food to cook your favourite meals in the custom built kitchen offering all the tools to muster up a gourmet dinner!
Buy local vegetables from the farm shops, hop over to Newlyn fish market to choose from the daily catch or simply stock up in nearby Penzance.
Experience the delights of cooking as you overlook Mounts bay while socialising in the open plan kitchen.
From the sitting area there isn’t much more you could ask for with two comfortable sofas facing the 4 metre wide french doors looking out onto the view.
Watch the weather happen outside, see the lights around the bay at night or simply watch the television or play games, the light, spacious, open-plan room is designed for you to relax in.
Cosy up in bedroom with a book, feel yourself drift off to the sound of the sea in the distance.
A comfortable, king-size bed and luxurious sheets await you to tumble in and fight over the side of the bed with the view…
The bathroom thoughtfully designed by Sean Stanford echoes the garage that once stood in the same spot combined with a marine look, light and airy, stylish and functional with spacious shower, pleasing water pressure and underfloor heating.
On arrival you will see the wooden cladded building, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Drive to the front door and simply step from your car into the house.
Sit on the wooden bench to shelter and change your shoes after a stroll down to the beach or sit there in the early morning with a cup of tea and take advantage of the sun before it hits the front of the house and you can move to the terrace.

Marazion and St Michael's Mount
Stroll down to Marazion, one of the oldest chartered towns in the UK and visit the numerous galleries, pubs, cafes and shops.
Visit St Michael’s Mount, Cornwall’s famous fairytale island and castle.
Follow the footsteps of the pilgrims across the causeway or take a ferry boat to the island where you can discover a castle full of myths and legends, fabulous sub-tropical gardens and a real working island community.
From Marazion walk inland to the marshes where unusual birds nest and hike 12.5 miles across the Penwith peninsula along the stunning St Michael’s Way.

From Marazion to Penzance and onwards
Take a drive along the seafront of Mounts Bay towards Mousehole.
Pass through Penzance and take a peek and a dip in Jubilee pool. Follow the promenade and pick up some fresh fish from Newlyn harbour and check out what’s showing at the Film House.
Wander around Mousehole harbour, see what the galleries have to offer and take a walk along the picturesque coast path to Lamorna.

Geevor Tin Mine and Pendeen
Discover the coast path from St Ives to Penzance. Enjoy the Cornish Mining heritage, visit St Just & Geevor Tin Mine in Pendeen with its fabulous museum in the most atmospheric rugged landscape. This is where our great-grandfather was managing director and our grandmother and mother grew up!
Walk along the cliffs and visit our mum’s favourite beaches; Boat cove and Portherras near Pendeen lighthouse.

Gwithian and Godrevey
The golden sands of Gwithian beckon you towards Godrevey lighthouse for surfing and kitesurfing.
Walk along the wild cliffs and spy on the seals in their natural habitat.
Miles of cliffs and stunning beaches, follow the Atlantic coastline and get a thrill looking down on Hell’s Mouth.

From Bosworgy Bay towards Porthleven
Follow the coast path to Perranuthnoe and Prussia Cove to discover hidden coves and Cudden Point.
If you take the car, drive to Rinsey Cove and the cliffs along the coastline towards Porthleven, a stunning view around every corner.
Stop off at the various villages and towns and take in the wild beauty surrounding you.

St Ives
Take the panoramic train journey from St Erth to St Ives. Visit Tate St Ives, Leach Pottery and numerous galleries and stunning beaches.
Sign up to art courses at the St Ives School of Painting or try the surf school in the most picturesque setting.

Sennen, Lands End and Porthcurno
Drive from Sennen to Porthcurno, passing all the little villages in between including Land’s End and the Minack Theatre.
Walkers can park the car at Sennen Cove and walk the coast path for breathtaking views off the beaten track.

Madron, Lanyon Quoit, Men an Tol and Morvah
For a mystic moment, tie a ribbon at Madron wishing well and head to see the ancient monument of Lanyon Quoit and look across to Ding Dong mine on the moorland.
Then walk to Men an Tol for a Bronze age experience after which drive to meet the Atlantic coast road to Morvah.
Explore the numerous standing stones and stone circles throughout the peninsula.

Gardens
There is a long list of National Trust gardens to choose from, each with its particular charm.
Reach the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project in just over an hour.
Explore the local wonders like Trengwainton Gardens and Godolphin House, or venture towards Falmouth and Truro and you’ll find Glendurgan and Trebah amongst others.

Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens
Admire Mounts Bay from a different angle and get inspired by nature and art in magical Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens.
A fabulous place positioned in a sheltered valley with woodland and streams creating a backdrop to sub-tropical plants and contemporary art installations.
Savour delicious, freshly prepared, homemade food served all day in the Lime Tree cafe and visit the newly built gallery.
