Cecilia Flat is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful town of Camaiore, from the sea to the surrounding hills, and other Tuscan gems such as Lucca and Pisa.

The flat has been completely refurbished and it is a quiet and cosy place with its own private entrance.

It is located in the historic town centre, a pedestrian area where to find many cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, nice shops, banks, a cinema, supermarkets and everything you might need within walking distance.

Cecilia Flat is cosy, newly refurbished and consists in an open-plan kitchen diner and lounge, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a utility room. All furniture and fittings are brand new, with the added vintage touch of a couple of comfy Chesterfield chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with basic food (e.g., salt, olive oil, sugar, coffee, tea), pots and pans and all appliances (kettle, microwave, stove, oven, fridge).

The comfortable double bedroom is light-proof so you will sleep easily on the brightest of mornings.

The cool living room is a perfect space to relax, eat or watch television.

There is also a utility room but please note there is no washing machine, as there are many laundrettes within walking distance.

Camaiore, Tuscany, l-Italja

Camaiore is a lovely and quiet town, especially the town centre. At the same time it has everything you might need within walking distance from the flat, and it is conveniently located between the mountains and the beach.

Camaiore can offer you whatever you are looking for: a real Italian experience away from more touristy cities, a quiet and relaxing stay, a place near the beach but where to rest away from the crowds after a long sunny day in Versilia, a base from which to explore Tuscan arts & culture, many interesting churches to visit, nice local shops, nearby hills and mountains where to do some trekking, climbing, mountain biking, prehistoric caves to discover and much more!

Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio (both 15 min by car) have beaches, many restaurants and a very good selection of shops.

Pisa Airport is 30 minutes by car. Central Pisa is 30 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train from Viareggio.

Lucca is 30 min by bus/car.
