Fully renovated historic farmhouse in Brookhaven, NY, just outside Bellport, NY. The 3-bedroom, 2 bath house has a swimming pool open between Memorial Day and early October, a great chef's kitchen, an outdoor shower, and is walking distance to the waterfront for boating, or a short drive to a great ocean beach.

The house is an updated antique farmhouse- three upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, and living/dining/kitchen/sunroom downstairs with another full bathroom. The sunroom faces right onto the pool and patio. The washer/dryer access is down a steep stair to the cellar.
