This holiday house is located in front of the sea, on the beautiful residential park of Cala Canyelles. This residential area is characterized by its quiet and family atmosphere. This summer house is located near the community center where we find a restaurant, bar, diving school, bus stop (high season) and the information office.
Beside the house there is a path with direct descent acces to the port and the beach of Canyelles. The acces to the house is using this stairs. This way offers spectacular views.
The House 37-4 is a loft decorated in rustic mediterranean style. This house consists of a cosy living-room with direct access to the terrace. It has big, luminous and large windows with beautiful views to the sea. The dining room has a sofa-bed with the possibility of accommodating a 3rd person (extra cost).
Small and practical kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, kitchen to gas, electric oven, small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker Melitta, kettle and toaster.
Open bedroom located on a second level with double bed.
Bathroom with big bathtub.
From the dining room you get directly onto a large terrace. From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach. It has two sun loungers with cushions and table with chairs. Portable BBQ.
The terrace is closed ideal for pet.
Private parking area.
Due to its great location, spectacular views to the sea and tranquility that offers the nice terrace, the loft 37-4 is ideal for enjoying the summer and make romantic holidays.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar,
a swimming pool which has an entrance fee of 4 euros per person with a non-alcoholic drink included (the price may vary according to the year and the information is updated periodically)
and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
The swimming pool is open from 24 June to 12 September.
