Convenient to downtown indianapolis and the airport at the same time. Quiet and restful place, that does include parking. One car per reservation is preferred since this is my private residence. Their is a roku in the studio for streaming video, the television also gets a lot of channels since it is right in town.
Check in time is flexible since their is a combination lock. Also has a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and water dispenser. I do maintain security cameras on the property.

The studio itself faces some bushes in the backyard and is very private. It is attached to the back of the garage, when occupied, privacy is strictly respected, meaning I do not enter the garage at all while the studio is occupied. It is also for this reason that it is posted on here, since I do not necessarily want the space occupied all the time. Your privacy is my priority.

Very close to the indianapolis 500, if your a race fanatic. Their is also a country bar nearby called "The 8 seconds saloon" that hosts various country acts.
