This place is located in a serene neighborhood with all facilities, a large balcony,200m walk to the Lake and also very close to the main city (500m walk),
with spacious rooms with air conditions, Fans in each room.

Guests could walk to the Elephant Rock which is close by and enjoy walking around the lake in the evenings.

1.5 hours drive to the Katunayaka Airport
2 hr drive to Kandy, Chillaw, Dambulla, Anuradhapura.

We will provide transport to all these locations at an additional cost.

The guests could expect to have clean and tidy rooms with an attached bathroom plus closet and a dressing table.

There is a spacious, nice balcony for the guests to sit and relax. This would be an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay.

The two shared living rooms(upstairs and downstairs) are much spacious and you could expect this place to be as home.

We will provide the washing machine, kitchen, cleaning services on their request (paid). Baby Crib can be provided for infants below 2 years.

There are 2 shared living rooms which they could spend time and enjoy a beautiful day.

There's a beautiful lake within 200m walking distance and Elephant Rock which could be climbed to the top and enjoy a scenic view.

There are many religious places close by and the main city is just 300m away.

This place is away from the city's busyness and can enjoy a calm and peaceful stay.
