This beautiful property is located in the city of Woodland Hills. This vast super private & secured property sleeps 18 people throughout 3 houses with private access to the outdoor areas that offer lounges, gas BBQ grill, YEAR-ROUND Heated Pool, super hot jacuzzi w/ strong jets, wood burning fire pit, water features, private secured parking and much more!

This single story house has been split into three private houses, each with it's own secured entrance. The most ideal property for large groups of friends and/ or families!

The entire compound has a total of 9 bedrooms, 5 sofa beds, and 6.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 22 people comfortably.

House A offers 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a shared laundry room with House B.

House B offers 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 sofa beds, 2.5 bathrooms and a shared laundry room with House A.

House C offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms and it's own stacked laundry unit.

Large gated private parking lot that fits up to 6-9 vehicles depending on size.

All houses are fully furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy!!!

We have very strict rules and guidelines for “events” at this property. Events are defined by multiple items such as extra guests, party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc.

~Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool & spa, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, privacy & security, parking, free EV charger, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas).

Newly added free Electric Vehicle Charging Station in secured parking lot (Tesla's need adaptor).

RULES:
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No amplified music. No screaming/ yelling.
No more people on property than agreed upon at time of booking.
Please do not disturb the neighbors.
OUTSIDE QUIET TIME HOURS 10pm to 8am. Including when booked for events. NO EXCEPTIONS, music must be turned off by 10:00 PM or taken indoors.
CLEANING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. This allows us to provide the same level of exceptional service to all guests.

Every guest is provided instructions on how to access the property. Should there be any concern, the host is always available via phone or text.

If you need assistance and are texting/calling on weekdays after 9pm or anytime on weekends or holidays, please give the Host a reasonable amount of time to respond which could be the next morning particularly after late hours/Holidays.

We care about being outstanding members of the community we live in. Please note that our house rules, local city ordinance and occupancy limits are strictly enforced. To ensure a positive experience, please respect the quiet hours. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels AT ALL TIMES. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as any complaint from neighbors and/ or the city WILL RESULT in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

Any guest or group to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation. The property owner & the City of Los Angeles will impose these fines onto the guest(s) either through the booking platform or through legal litigation plus attorney fees & court costs. Please be advised.
