The Villa is a perfect spot for couples or solo travelers. Ten minutes from downtown Leesburg located just off Route 9, the property is walking distance to the W&OD trail, and a short drive to all the areas best restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Tall courtyard fence makes for complete privacy, equipped with full kitchen, living space, large master bedroom shower, king size bed, and outdoor shower. A unique design, but sure to impress!

Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.
Internet, Electricity, Tv, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice ect cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. Minor stains left from the areas high iron water content are normal. The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time.
This rental is managed by Waterford Reservations LLC, when booking this property all guest acknowledge that any and all disputes, settlements ect will soley be made with Waterford Reservations LLC, Air BNB and no others for any reason.
No Exterior Loud Noise Or Gathering of non registered guest at any time
The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time. Sheriffs department authorized to remove all guest at any time. Going down neighbors driveway for any reason will result in cancellation. Guest not on the reservation at anytime will result in immediate cancellation of booking. Breaking any of the house rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guest with no/unsatisfactory reviews will be required to provide security deposit prior to checkin. We will send you a request just prior to your check in for $250 which will be refunded upon check out.
