Michael & Olivia, architect and an artist respectively, acquired the cottage in 1970’s after falling in love with Penally and raised a young family there will undertaking a protracted house build nearby. Also the architect for Tenby’s former Lifeboat Station (which featured in Grand Designs), Michael’s the design principles applied to converting the ancient cottage were open plan living area downstairs, a spiral stair and gallery with bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of light, space and character!

Penally is an historic village overlooking the South Beach, which extends from Giltar Point across to Tenby. It is directly on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and well known by walkers and climbers. The cottage is situated right in the heart of the village and directly overlooks a 13th Century church, the oldest golf course in Wales, and of course...the ocean! The cottage is within 200 metres of Penally Abbey Hotel and also the Cross Inn pub. Peace and tranquility with very easy access to Tenby!

I am an easy going, outgoing person who grew up in Tenby but have worked away from Pembrokeshire before settling back home to work in tourism. Interests include surfing, skiing, classic cars and songwriting on my guitar and, of course, my children. As I’m now hosting Airbnb for my living, managing multiple properties for clients, I am available 24/7 to assist you and make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
