El Bustan is located at the edge of a village at the foot of the Kings Valley mountains. It's elevated location provides amazing views of the Nile valley and Luxor.

The 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has two balconies with views of the Theban necropolis, the Nile valley, Luxor and the private walled garden.

El Bustan has a beautiful landscaped private garden offering a peaceful place to relax. There is a hot/cold tub in the garden under the large domed area.

This newly furnished apartment is air conditioned and offers a bedroom to the rear, wetroom, dining kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge/freezer. There is a tv and Wi-Fi. The apartment offered plenty of storage space.
Basic provisions are provided such as spices, tea, sugar etc.
Egyptian cotton sheets and hand made covers are provided and extra bedding is available on request.
The bedroom is annexed to the bathroom, the wet room is separated by a curtain for privacy.
The kitchen is open plan, and has a dining area and large sitting area. There are 2 single beds complete with bedding which can be stored away if not needed. There is a range of board games and use of a mobile Bluetooth speaker.

El Bustan is situated in the heart of the Theban necropolis. It's a short drive to all the temples, tombs and monuments situated on the west bank of Luxor. It's a 10 minute drive to the Nile and ferry boat crossing to the east bank.

Haggag's family owned a hotel and tourist car company beside the Kings Valley, and he has a wealth of experience advising guests and organising excursions. Transport for guests can be organised.
