A cozy Cape Cod home about a mile from the popular Craigville Beach. Quiet neighborhood, backyard beach patio area, outdoor shower, grills, fire-pit, hammock and a soothing and pleasant yard. Centrally located in the mid Cape area, Cranberry Bog down the street, close to public transportation (airport and island ferries 3 miles away).

Guest room has a ceiling fan, comfortable queen bed and bedroom set and closet. Cook's Kitchen is outfitted with extensive cooking equipment and supplies.

I am thrice vaccinated.

I am pretty hip to what’s going on down here and travel extensively all over the Cape and islands. I will offer any info that may be helpful
during your stay.

The private guest bedroom (in my home) has a simple bedroom set, ceiling fan, ample blankets and necessary items for a comfortable stay. Heat and AC when the season demands it.

A Culinary Kitchen that has high end cooking equipment (Dual Convection Oven and Sous Vide, microwave, utensils, knives and cookware). Basic supplies available for use- oils, salts, seasonings and spices. In summer, an herb garden in the backyard has a variety of herbs for cooking.

Dining Room has a fine dining table, comfortable chairs and linens, cloth napkins, high end glassware for wines, beers and spirits.

Living room has comfortable couch and chairs with a wall mounted TV, Apple TV and multiple steaming sites. NO CABLE TV. Strong WiFi and tech savvy house with multiple Amazon Echo Dots available for use. And please, the living room is not for sleeping use/extra bedroom or for use as a dining room.

Bathroom is bright, clean and has all necessary amenities with a strong water pressured shower.

Ample parking, a fire-pit and hammock greet you when you pull into the driveway. The backyard is nestled with an ample tree cover, beach sand, patio furniture, mild night lighting, tiki torches and an outdoor shower.

I am located in the mid Cape area close to all public transportation and downtown Hyannis - the largest village on the Cape. I am one mile from Craigville beach and Covell's beaches (easy to walk to, bike or drive - note: summer beach parking is $25 a day from Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Public Buses run not far from my house to further areas of the Cape. Island ferries and airport are about 3 miles from my home.

I know of many great beach walks and hiking areas close to my home and all around the Cape. Plenty of restaurants, take out and delivery is available in my area as well as many supermarkets (Whole Foods and Trader Joe's also), department stores and more.

I didn’t even let the influenza shot slip by this year. I can also waylay a cold or sniffle with a battery of teas, honey, steam, throat soothers, and chicken broth or soup on request!
