The home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with all brand new amenities and furnitures.

In the neighbourhood, you'll find everything you need, shops such as Zara and El Corte Inglés, shopping centre, playgrounds, several restaurants (Japanese, Italian and Spanish), bars, supermarkets and the local market, all within walking distance.

The flat is in the city centre and very close to the beach. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard. It is on the second floor without lift. The flat has a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, microwave (no oven), iron, tv and wifi.

The sofa bed can be used for one adult or two small children. The size of the sofa bed, once opened is 110 cm x 180 cm.

The size of the bed is 135 cm x 190 cm.

The apartment is just behind Mesa y López, an area full of shops (Zara, El Corte Inglés, Mango, etc.) and just 300 meters from Alcaraveras Beach. There is also a local market, a supermarket and a bakery just a few meters away. There are also several restaurants/terraces on our street (Spanish restaurant, Japanese restaurant, a Lebanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, etc.). Las Canteras Beach and the Aquarium are just 15 minutes away by walk.

We have also prepared a list of our favourite restaurants, bars, things to do in Las Palmas and the Island, and about the home, wifi and all the information you will need during your stay. You will find it in the home, and can be accessed by a QR code.
