Villa Mediterrania is located in an exclusive area of Lloret de Mar, with panoramic views of the sea and Canyelles beach.

The house is divided in two floors:
Main floor:
Living room with access to the pool terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles, American kitchen in the living room with access to the garden and the pool terrace and 1 toilet.

Upper floor:
1 bedroom suite with double bed with access to the balcony and large bathroom with bathtub. This room has stunning sea views.
2 double bedrooms with single beds and large bathroom with shower.

The garage is accessed from the street through a small ramp, you can also park your car on the ramp (inside the property) or on the street right in front of the house as it is a very quiet street with no exit.
Villa Mediterrania has a luxurious outdoor area as it offers a lot of privacy. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, barbecue, private pool and with sun throughout the day.

HOUSE'S RULES:
- In this accommodation groups of young people are NOT allowed.

Area with tennis club, marina, water activities and prestigious restaurants in Lloret de Mar.

The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, with everything you need for your purchases.
