Welcome to a clean, bright and elegant flat!
It's located on the multicultural west side of the river Mur, same side as trendy Lendplatz and the fascinating landmark Kunsthaus. 
The area provides a nice atmosphere thanks to its alternative and buzzing nightlife.
A short walk across the river will take you to Hauptplatz - the absolute center of the city.
Once there you will be a stone’s throw from most of what Graz has to offer such as landmarks, shopping, restaurants and more!

The building has charm and character, just as its neighborhood.
The flat itself consists of well planned 54m2.
It is recently renovated, bright and situated on the top floor with a great view!
In the stairwell you have balconies to share with the neighbors.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed(160x200) and good storage opportunities. It also has two windows for plenty of natural light.

You'll find the living room and kitchen in a spacious open-plan.
Four large windows gives a bright feeling and a nice view!
The kitchen is fully equipped - coffee machine, microwave and toaster are all in place. Coffee, tee, and basic seasoning for cooking is also provided.
In the living room you'll find the second sleeping arrangement, a generous sofa bed for two(160x200).

Free Wi-fi, TV and an AppleTV with a Netflix account is available for the guests.

The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxation after a busy day!
A washing machine, with washing detergent, is also available and free to use.

Graz is an amazing city and I gladly share my favorite spots! Different options for breakfast, dinner, drinks and so forth can be recommended upon request.
Supermarkets, fast food, pharmacy, public transportation and other necessities are all in direct vicinity of the apartment.
In my Guestbook I have pointed out some of my favorites, my first recommendation will be to have a look there!

I'm a happy guy in my early 30'. I'm from from Sweden but I have lived in France, Germany and Austria last 7-8 years. Since 3 years Graz has been my home. I'm a social person that likes to interact and meet new people. That is one the reason of why I enjoy hosting so much!
