There is a full kitchen at your disposal as well as the laundry and outdoor patio area. Our bedroom and bathroom doors lock from the inside.

As a Host:
My daughter and I are typically early to bed and early to rise even though I do not mind late arrivals. I work out in the morning and then cook breakfast most days. The kitchen is where I spend most of my time, I love the company so feel free to jump on in! I have a passion for healthy eating and often have meal prep frenzy happening!. We have a busy schedule and are on the go most of the time. Recently my fiancé Doug has moved in and so you may see one or all of us from time to time!

We are located on a local road bike trail and therefore have a lot of walkers, bikers, and joggers! Most notable are all the beautiful mature trees and unique homes.

Hi there! Here is a little about me and why I love Airbnb.

I gave up my corporate career in 2018 in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and to be more present for my daughter, Tia. At the time I was a single mom and finding a way to have more flexibility in my day-to-day was extremely important. To support us, I started renting one private suite out of our home, in a bed and breakfast style via Airbnb. Tia often helped me clean and manage the room. We loved it so much that I ended up renting out a second bedroom suite! We still rent those two original rooms to this day.

Doug and I, married in November of 2021. When we merged our households it only made sense for us to add his home to my... I mean our, Airbnb listings, and thus it became The WaHaYa House listing! We first started with what we knew, renting rooms individually, and we have since expanded to renting the entire home as one. Currently we are in the process of adding an addition onto the WaHaYa house and adding a completely new private listing.

As a Traveler:
Work Hard, Play Hard are the words I live by. Sedona is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. We love hiking and appreciating all of the scenic wonders. We are very clean and spend most of our time out and about exploring and discovering. We like trying new adventures, our most recent was a hot air balloon ride. I would definitely recommend it.
