Lovely newly renovated double room in a quiet residential street with free parking and private entrance. The room has a double bed and a single bed (on request) so couples or friends can share comfortably. Less than 5 mins to the train station or bus stops and it's only 6 minutes by train to the centre. There are also a number of local shops and takeaways in the vicinity and the university is 5 minutes walk down the hill. Bedding & bath towels included

Located in a quiet residential area with free parking and private entrance. It is approximately 20sqm in size and has been carefully designed to maximise the available space.

The bed is a small double (1.20m instead of the standard 1.35m). The toilet/shower wetroom is very compact so someone with claustrophobia may not like it as it is designed to save space and give more living area outside. Please check the photos and fully read the description to make sure you are completely happy before booking.

The room contains:

- Mini fridge
- Kettle
- Table and chairs
- Bedding and pillows
- Shampoo
- Towels
- Toaster
- Large LCD screen, streaming box with HDMI and audio cables to connect a laptop etc if you need to

Perfect for a short stay and you can also use the facilities of the house as well such as washing machine, kitchen, bathroom and lounge if you want to stay a bit longer
