De villa ligt op 20 minuten afstand van het strand én Formule I circuit van Zandvoort. Maar ook op 15 minuten fietsen van één van de mooiste 18-holes golfbanen van Nederland, de Kennemer Golf & Country Club. Op 5 minuten fietsen bevindt zich het NS station Heemstede Aerdenhout waarna het slechts 20 minuten met de trein naar Amsterdam centrum is. In Haarlem ben je binnen 5 minuten en ook voor een wandeling of fietstocht zijn er prachtige natuurgebieden heel dichtbij als de Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen en de Kennemerduinen.

Ook al zijn we niet aanwezig, er is altijd iemand in de buurt om indien nodig te helpen met vragen over bijvoorbeeld alle functionaliteiten in het zwembad, verlichting op het hockeyveld, TV's, keukenapparatuur etc. Uiteraard zijn er ook voldoende communicatiemogelijkheden via telefoon, what's app en email en ligt er in het huis een goede handleiding klaar, ook met tips voor leuke (strand-)restaurantjes in de buurt etc.
Ook al zijn we niet aanwezig, er is altijd iemand in de buurt om indien nodig te helpen met vragen over bijvoorbeeld alle functionaliteiten in het zwembad, verlichting op het hocke…
