This modern, stylish, self-catering one-bedroom apartment, situated on the beautiful west coast of Barbados in the parish of St. James, and about 1 mile from Holetown, provides the conveniences necessary for an enjoyable stay. The apartment building contains 2 two-bedroom apartments on the top floor and 4 one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and away from noisy traffic. Nearby, there is a beautiful beach where one can find various water sports.

The bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to form a king size bed. It also has a built-in wardrobes and an air conditioner. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and the living/dining area. There are security bars at the windows. Additional facilities include: a laundry room with a washer and dryer that are shared with the other one bedroom apartments; an outdoor clothes line that is shared with the other apartments; parking on the property; and WiFi with internet access. There are security cameras on the outside.

Porters, Saint James, Barbados

The apartment is located in a new residential development. The neighbourhood is very quiet and its access road is not a thoroughfare.

The beautiful beach next to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel and the Lone Star Restaurant is a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. A few minutes’ drive will take you to many other beautiful beaches along the west coast, where you will find a variety of water sport activities, water-front restaurants, a marine museum and a park where you can relax. There is also a modern fish market, located within walking distance, where one can purchase a variety of fresh fish, including flying fish, tuna, marlin and snapper.

Holetown/Sunset Crest is about 1 mile (1.5 km) away. There you will find stores for duty-free shopping and gift shops. You will also find a supermarket, banks, a post office, taxis, pharmacies, a 24-hours medical centre, a police station, newsagents, coffee bars, beach bars, water sports, fast-food restaurants and exotic restaurants. Located at about 5 minutes’ walk from the apartments, you will find restaurants and bars at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel, the Lone Star Hotel and on the beach. There is a fish market, less than 1 mile (1.5 km) to the north, on the main road along the coast, where you can buy fresh fish. In the same direction but much closer, you will find a Catholic Church and a convenience store. There are also many other churches nearby, including an Anglican church and a Methodist church in Holetown.
