The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is an extremely roomy conversion as it can also be rented as a 4 bed. The extremely comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to borrow bicycles to explore the local area, there is also a tennis court you are welcome to use.

L-ispazju
The Dairy shares the pretty courtyard with The Potting Shed. We live across the courtyard in the main farmhouse and are on hand should you have any questions.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with dishwasher, induction hob and fan oven, having rented many holiday homes I hope I have provided everything you may need to make your stay a enjoyable as possible.

There is a wood burning stove perfect for cosy nights in and a Smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar.

A travel cot is available please ask.

The local area has much to offer. Numerous Artisan courses run in the local area including stone carving, blacksmith, cheese making, wood working and pottery - please enquire if you would like more details.

The Jurassic Coast is only 45mins away with wonderful coastal walks whatever the time of year. Bridport Market every Saturday with a large antique centre make a good stop off en route to the coast.
Lyme Regis and Weymouth are also well worth a visit. River Cottage the home of Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall runs two excellent festivals in on the May & August Bank Holidays.

The Avalon Marshes famous for the Starling murmurations are on our doorstep with Glastonbury and its famous Tor and beautiful Wells with its stunning Bishops Palace just a little further.

There are numerous NT properties nearby, Montacute, Barrington Court, Muchelney Abbey, Tintinhull Gardens, Lytes Cary and Stourhead.

Kilver Court Designer Village, Mulberry Factory Shop and Clark’s Village for those wishing to shop and we are 1hr away from Bath.

There are numerous excellent pubs and restaurants many award winners, if you wish to eat out. However we are very well served with many independent shops in the local villages, for example within 10mins there is an award winner farm shop and cafe as well as a butcher, baker, deli and greengrocer.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

I have been married for 26 years to my husband John, and together we have three children aged 22, 20 and 18 - however they are all now away at university. I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, walking my three dogs and riding and playing tennis and cooking.
