This private lake-front cottage has convenient drive up parking and is in walking distance to the charming village of Hammondsport. The spacious one of a kind permanent dock provides picturesque views of the sunrise, Keuka Lake, & surrounding foliage. Two kayaks, fire-pit, & WiFi are on site. *The dock waterslide is not for guests, or guests of guests, to use. The interior of the cottage was completed renovated during the winter of 2020 & an exterior facelift in 2022.

*removed all previous kitchen & bathroom cabinets and flooring
*new ceramic tile floor throughout
*drywall touchups throughout
*fresh paint (ceiling, walls, kick board, window trim) throughout

*new eat in table & chairs
*two new ceiling fans
*two new built in electric heaters
* new washer & dryer
* new double bathroom vanity & cabinets

* new side entrance door
* reorganized bedroom, new headboard, night stands, and dresser
* additional towel and clothing racks

Winter 2021 renovations:
*new refrigerator
*replaced bottom half of steps leading to West Lake Road
*removed old camper that was in the parking area

When planning your visit, please keep in mind:
*There is not a kitchen stove or oven. There is a new (purchased in September, 2019) outside grill, microwave, fulled sized refrigerator, and several restaurants that deliver and are in walking distance.
*The cottage does not have air-conditioning.
*If you keep the cottage doors open, thousands of lake bugs will come in to bug you - especially once the sun goes down.

The cottage is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and near world renowned wineries, breweries, and distilleries: Heron Hill Winery, Atwater Estate Winery, Pleasant Valley Wine Co., Bully Hill Vineyards, Wagner Vineyards Estate, Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, Belhurst Castle, Finger Lakes Beer Company, Steuben Brewing Company, Finger Lakes Distilling, and many more! There are plenty local & magnificent fine and casual dining options. Kayaks and some fishing equipment are available to you and found on the premises. There are also numerous (local and drivable) hiking and biking trails, art galleries and museums, craft shops and farmers markets, and so much more in this gorgeous region of upstate NY.

Mom of two incredible humans, humane society volunteer, and full time NYS teacher for over nineteen years, I decided to try hosting with Airbnb when my Great Dane, Henry, tore his cruciate ligament (ACL) and was told he may need a costly surgery to repair it. That was in September of 2019. Thankfully, Henry did well with an alternative treatment and I ended up enjoying the hosting experience - sharing the beauty of the Finger Lakes region, meeting people from around the world, and helping folks celebrate life.
