This is a terrific apartment just slightly away from the centre of the town and located in Dunedin trendy Warehouse Precinct with a great view down the harbour. Awesome coffee shops just around the corner. a room with a view down the harbour. the building was completely refurbished to the highest standards in 2017 so it is effectively new.

I am an Environmental Engineer, married with 2 boys aged 13 and 15. I have owned 135 Cumberland Street since December 2015 purchasing it as a complete wreck in December 2015. It was nominated for an Earthquake strengthening engineering award in early 2017 and was completed in July. It was recently listed as a Category one building September 2017. It has been quite the journey but I got there.
