Magnificent Views & Cliff Edge Infinity Pool – Stunning Multi Level Home

Totally private designer home perched on the edge of the Koonyum Range Cliffs with sweeping panoramic views from Mullumbimby to Byron Bay.

This 2-story house with its floor to ceiling glass walls allow you to gaze at the stunning views in luxury, comfort and style. Sleeping 10 people (up to 12 with extra charges - families only) this is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends looking to catch up.

Enjoy sitting on our large spacious balconies overlooking the pool, our home has multiple spaces that can be utilised for both entertaining and relaxing.

We have an open plan living, dining area, with two living area's, both equipped with fire places and some of the extra facilities include; a professional table tennis table, and a fully equipped billiards table.

BBQ facilities - easy to use and perfect for all seasons.

Smart TV - with Netflix (guests own account)

All luxury Linen provided

Fireplaces - there are 2 fireplaces to enjoy. Please note wood is supplied during winter months only.
You are welcome to use the fireplace during the summer months - however wood is not supplied. This can be purchased from the local shops or service stations.

Please note NO Open Fires are allowed on the property.

Please note the 6th bedroom is available on request at additional charges.

We can arrange your shopping for you, a driver, local area tours, catering and anything else, please just ask!

Total privacy and only minutes to Mullumbimby Town and Byron Shire attractions. A fantastic place to stay for Splendour in the Grass or Bluesfest.
Close to Beaches, rivers, National Parks, bush walks, waterfalls, Crystal Castle & great restaurants.

We even have a waterfall at the end of our road - Boogarem Falls

We are located on the Koonyum Range, which forms part of the Mt Jesusalem National Park, with access to great bush walks literally at the end of our road.

We are only 45 mins from the Gold Coast Airport and can arrange transport shuttles and a driver by request.

Only 12 mins from Mullumbimby, which is a quiet sleepy little town, if you need any supplies and only 15 mins from Crystal Castle, the "Jewel of the Byron" a magical kingdom suitable for all ages.

Also, extremely popular is the Bluesfest in April only 20 mins away.

Just 25 mins down the road is Byron Bay with many amazing things to do, like
