Comfortable space within 10 minutes of the city centre. Perfecty positioned to explore the area. Guests can enjoy a lovely self contained flat with the added bonus of a beautiful garden. Garden contains a covered area where smoking is permitted. The apartment can be adapted for up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen complete with bean to cup coffee machine, wide selection of teas and basic breakfast essentials. Unrestricted parking within 3 minutes of the apartment. Zero contact checkin option

L-ispazju
The apartment can be split into 2 distinct sleeping areas with the bathroom and exit available to both without disturbing other guests. Dining space as well as full kitchen facilities available. The flat contains a Shower room as well as a garden reserved for the use of the guests alone. The garden contains a covered space which can be used for smoking. Reading materials, games and a TV dedicated to DVD or external media use is in the living space. Fast fibre WIFI is installed and underfloor heating is fitted through out and can be set at different temps for each sleeping area. The ceiling has original beams from its days as a Kitchen for the merchants house in its past, anyone over 6ft will need to take care.

Accessed via shared front door. The apartments door is immediately within the front entrance on the left hand side. A short flight of stairs brings you into the main area.
