Newly built custom luxury beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bermuda shutters. Step onto the charming front porch and in through the front door, and you're met with abundant natural light flowing into the open living room-kitchen concept equipped with modern comfort. A beautifully appointed kitchen with waterfall quartz stone island & countertops, polished nickel custom lighting, and all professional stainless steel appliances. The back of the property is an expansive covered deck and grilling area complete with privacy screening. It overlooks a lush wooded green space and a spacious park easily assessable. Exceptional privacy, creating your personal backyard sanctuary. Perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying dinner outside with an outdoor kitchen.

Tucked between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach is a colorful and thriving beach community called Seacrest. Close to everything, and yet somehow quite relaxed, Seacrest is an ideal place to reconnect with friends and family. Bikes and flip-flops are the transportation of choice here, except for the occasional golf cart loaded up with kids, coolers, umbrellas and sand buckets.

The Village of South Walton Beach, featuring several cute shops and restaurants, as well as a convenience store.
