Pavana is a picturesque dam location that is just a few kilometers from the lovely hill station of lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The dam stretches a few kilometers on both sides and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunset and sunset.

Myself Mr. PRANIT DALVI, lives in Pune, India. I have persuaded my education in BSc.HM under Pune University and had gone through the training in TRIDENT HOTEL, Mumbai, India for about 6 months. I have experienced my career in J W MARRIOTT Pune in Front Office Department for about 3years. Considering all my experiences in hospitality industry and also the desire to host the guest, I decided to rent the private villas and resorts in Lonavala (The famous Hill station) under my named DREAM VILLAS LONAVALA.

I believe in BILL GATES saying, “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.” And based on this saying I have developed my complete business module along with my hospitality team of about 52 members.
We believe in recognising the aspirations and expectations of the guest over the world and would like to come up with bumper amenities and facilities that with explode our hospitality scenes in India and we are successfully running our business for the past 7 years and will continue the same enthusiastically.
