COFFEE:
* If your lucky Ashley will be in town making great coffees on site between 7 and 11am
* Blueys has a great cafe for breakfast and coffee
* Smiths lakes also has a great cafe for coffee breakfast and lunch

FOOD SHOPPING:
* Stocklands in Tuncurry has Coles Woolworths and other similar stores 15 -20 mins drive
* Foodworks is local on the petrol station has all the basics
* Blueys beach has a small general store with emergency supplies

BEACHES:
* Boomerang, Blueys and Elizabeth are closest.
* Boomerang and Blueys are great for surfing, with Elizabeth the best beach for families and children and has the added bonus of being patrolled by the Pacific Palms Surf Club, during peak holiday times.
* Shelly beach is a 10 min bush walk between Elizabeth and Boomerang,
* Seven Mile Beach to the North and Sandbar Beach to the South both have 4WD access. Note: a beach permit is required to drive on the beach.
* Seal Rocks is a short drive and has a number of excellent beaches both fishing and surfing, as well as the historic Seal Rocks Lighthouse.
* All the lakes - Smiths Lake, Wallis Lake and Myall all have fun family things to do google pacific palms things to do on Visit NSW.com
