1 Coastline Court is a ground floor, corner apartment, with stunning, uninterrupted views over Newquay Bay and the Atlantic Coast.
The property is extremely light throughout the day, and airy, with modern, yet comfortable and homely fittings. It will accommodate 4 adults comfortably.
The building is situated on the cliffs behind secluded Whipsiderry beach, with Porth and it’s beach, restaurants and pub a mere two minutes walk, and stunning Watergate Bay a mile along the coast path or road.

There’s no getting away from it, the view and location of Coastline Court is second to none. The unspoilt beaches and green spaces along the cliffs feel a world away from the husky of Newquay town, yet it is only a short 10 min drive away, with all of the amenities one could require.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one with Superking size bed, the other a pair of singles. There is a single allocated parking space for the property, with free parking for extra vehicles at the front of the plot.

The dog-friendly flat is based around an open plan living space, with well equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and a large corner sofa from where to take in every glorious sunset during your stay...

This is a very special part of the Cornish Coast. The fact that the beaches and coast path are literally a stones throw away from the door, whilst only 10 mins drive from Newquay Train Station, Airport and the A30, makes for exceptionally easy access, letting you get straight on with relaxing into your stay.

Hi, I’m Charlie. I very much look forward to hosting you in my apartment, here on the beautiful Cornish coast. I work about 12 miles away in Rock, as a brewer, and am always available to answer any questions, or suggest places to go, eat or drink at, should you do require.

The key will be in a secure lock box by the front door.
Bookings will be on a weekly, Saturday to Saturday basis.
