The Private Studio is located in the attic of the host's home in a quiet neighborhood in Louisville, Ky.

There are frosted windows throughout the studio and security coded locks at the house entry and studio entrance for guest safety.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for two, USB charging outlet, oscillating fan, walk-in closet with iron & ironing supplies, a built-in wall shelf/dresser unit & Smart TV.

The studio bench & wall art piece (across from built in wall unit) were created by your host.

The office nook has a lighted workstation, 1G Fiber WiFi, Welcome Book & USB charging outlets.

The kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig system, cabinet, bottled water, coffee/tea supplies & kitchenware.

The private bathroom has a walk in spa shower, vanity area, bath linens, hair dryer, toiletries, hand sanitizer kit & more.

The main floor kitchen, shared by the hosts, is available for guests wanting to cook small meals due to food allergy, dietary needs and budget requirements.
Guests may discuss/plan cooking schedules with the hosts.
Please clean the kitchen space after each meal.

The main floor sitting room is a shared space for use by hosts, guests & the dog (canine hostess) for relaxing/working, waiting for deliveries & transportation.
A great casual resting spot.

There is one super friendly dog (canine hostess) and two friendly cats that live with the hosts on the main floor of the house.

Free Onsite Parking is located on the front lawn. Spaces are side by side. One space is between the tree line and the sidewalk. The other space is between the side walk and the street. Please do not block the driveways

Guest privacy and comfort is fully honored by the hosts.
Depending on guest comfort with in person communication, the hosts can be available as needed in person, via cell phone and Airbnb.com /Airbnb app private message.

The hosts are open to answer questions, discuss local tourism and other subjects with guests in person, via cellphone or private message.

The hosts have both been fully Covid-19 vaccinated.

Airbnb Covid-19 protocols state to practice social distancing and to wear masks if unvaccinated (vaccination status is unknown or in high risk groups) and sharing close enclosed spaces.

Currently, there are no Covid-19 state-wide or city-wide mask mandates. However, some businesses and venues do require masks in response to news on variants.
We provide masks in the studio for guests to be prepared to wear them where required for entry to businesses and venues.
